What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Packages are shipped best price, that is by size and weight as determined by either Federal Express, United Parcel Service, or whereever practical the US Postal servcie.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Mastercard and Visa are the only two cards accepted, most debit cards that have VISA or MC on the card will also work.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on the shipping selection you make most items purchased will ship next day from our location and arrive based on your request to the shipper on the cart.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We employ a credit card clearing house to ensure compliance with all security laws and regulations relative to credit card transactions. Urban Basics does not trap any credit card information, and only uses your email address to notify you of shipping, and if you elect, current sales and special offers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order information is saved with the transaction number and your shipping information in a single record. The record is printed and an email is sent to our shipping department for completion.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We send an email to your email address that will show the details of your purchase and your selected shipping information at the time of the sales transaction.
